Pune, December 8, 2025: Pune Airport on Monday confirmed that all ten aircraft parking bays are currently vacant, dismissing speculation about IndiGo or any other airline aircraft being stranded on the apron. 

Officials said airside capacity remains fully available, allowing for uninterrupted aircraft movement and efficient utilisation of operational resources.

According to airport authorities, all airlines are operating strictly as per their approved schedules, with no disruptions to arrivals, departures, or ground-handling activities. Terminal services and passenger facilitation are also functioning normally, ensuring a smooth travel experience for flyers.

The airport further stated that it is maintaining close coordination with all stakeholders, including airlines, ground handling teams, and security agencies, to ensure sustained operational continuity.

Officials reassured passengers that overall airport operations remain stable, efficient and fully compliant with safety standards.

The clarification comes amid rising air traffic during the winter season, with Pune Airport emphasising its readiness to handle peak-hour operations without any operational hindrance.
