Pune based entrepreneur installs a replica of Gaur, seeks apology for being unable to save him

Tragic death of Indian Bison (Gaur) which entered a residential premise in Kothrud’s Mahatma society yesterday has left environment lovers shaken. The whole rescue operation which was under the control after tranquilisng him. He was being taken to the Mulahi forest ranges when he breathed his last breath. It became tragic for the Indian Bison who lost his due to carelessness of the onlookers and incompetency of the forest officials to handle him, failure of the police force to keep the mob in control.  

Pune based entrepreneur Girish Murudkar known as Murudkar Zendewale located in Pasodya vithoba mandir lane Pune city in memory of this bison has installed a replica with a strong message for the citizens to care for nature and make this planet a better place for the animals to live. 

Murudkar in his message apologized to the Bison for not been able to save him from the yesterdays untoward incident. He further stated that it hurts when a poor soul who lost his way from the jungle entered into the cement jungle unknowingly and humans made the biggest error of not allowing him to be comfortable, further made his life miserable by chasing him.
