Pune : BJP Leader From Aundh Booked For Obstructing PMC’s Road Work in Baner : Hinjewadi Police Registers Case

Pune: The Hinjewadi Police has registered a case against a person for causing hindrance during the completion of tar work near the Pashan Sus Flyover On June 30.

Speaking to Pune Pulse, Ganesh Kharage, API Hinjewadi Police said, “The accused, Madhukar Musale, a Bharatiya Janata party leader from Aundh has been causing hindrance in government work of completing tar work near Pashan Sus Flyover near Baner for a long time. He stopped the tarring work completely by telling the workers that the land is owned by him, and so work of tarring cannot be continued. He also stated that the ownership of land is under his name under the 7/12 extract too. He is now absconding.”

As per information, a case under section 353 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) against Madhukar Musale for causing hindrance in government work. The police are looking out for him and an investigation is undergoing with regards to the validation of the ownership of the land.
