Khalistanis protested in front of the Indian High Commission building in London on Monday. During this, an attempt was also made to insult the Indian flag. To protect it, a boy from Pune, studying in London, Satyam Surana, fearlessly entered the crowd & picked up the Indian National Flag.

Satyam Surana stated that he never saw the Indian flag being disrespected like this. Hence, his conscience inspired him to protect it and he did so.

As per further information from X handle of Satyam Surana, “You can take me out of Bharat but not Bharat out of me! When I picked up our तिरंगा there, the only thing in my mind was मैं रहूँ या ना रहूँ भारत ये रहना चाहिए!”

One of the protesters stood in front of the Indian High Commission building and gave an anti-India and anti-Sunak speech and then threw the Indian flag on the ground. Satyam was standing near the incident spot. As soon as the Khalistanis advanced, he moved forward and lifted the Indian flag from the road. This action enraged some Khalistanis. However, the Metropolitan Police officers present at the spot took control of the situation and safely evacuated Satyam from there.

Satyam’s video is also viral in which he is seen lifting the Indian flag from the ground. This was posted by former UK government advisor Colin Bloom on his X handle.
