Pune : Fire breaks out at dairy products godown in Wagholi, no injuries reported
Fire broke out at a godown in Wagholi today morning at 4 AM. The fire tenders reached the spot promptly with two fire tenders to extinguish the fire. The fire was brought under control immediately but products worth a few lakhs were destroyed. The godown is located on Pune – Ahmednagar road. There were no reports of injuries in the incident. One tempo was damaged in the incident.
The godown was stocked with dairy products such as cheese, milk, and butter cream. The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority fire brigade team brought the fire under control.
This week itself there have been several severe fire incidents taking place in Pune, with four incidents took place just on Monday this week.
