Pune: Ganesh Kale Shot Dead In Kondhwa, Police Probe Andekar Gang Connection
Pune, November 1, 2025: The Kondhwa area of Pune was once again rocked by gunfire on Saturday afternoon, resulting in the death of Ganesh Kale, the brother of notorious Andekar gang member Sagar Kale.
According to preliminary reports, an unidentified assailant opened fire on Ganesh Kale near Khadi Machine Chowk, firing four rounds before allegedly attacking him with a sharp weapon. Kale died on the spot from his injuries.
Police teams rushed to the scene immediately and have begun investigating the incident. CCTV footage from nearby areas is being reviewed to identify the attacker.
Sources revealed that the victim’s brother, Sagar Kale, is known to be associated with the Andekar gang and had previously been arrested in connection with the Ayush Komkar murder case.
The daylight shooting has created panic among residents in the Kondhwa locality. The Kondhwa Police have launched a probe and are conducting a manhunt to trace the suspect involved in the brutal attack.
