Pune: Iftar Gathering Promotes Unity and Harmony In Ganga Florentina Society In Mohammadwadi
Pune, March 2, 2026:Â On the auspicious occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, an Dawat-e-Iftar (community Iftar gathering) was organized at Ganga Florentina-Lodha Bella Vita Society in Mohammadwadi, located within the Hadapsar Assembly constituency. The event brought together residents, community members, and public representatives in a spirit of unity, brotherhood, and communal harmony.
The program was organized by the Mohammadwadi Welfare Group under the leadership of its Founder and Chairman, Sadik Khan,with the help of residents, who conveyed warm Ramadan greetings and extended heartfelt prayers for the good health, peace, and prosperity of all attendees.
The gathering witnessed the presence of several distinguished guests and public representatives, including former Mayor and Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) Corporator Prashant Jagtap, along with PMC Corporators Mohsin Hasan Shaikh, Kashif Sayyed, Sachin Ghule, and Prachi Alhat.
Addressing the attendees, the dignitaries appreciated the initiative for fostering social unity and strengthening bonds among people from diverse backgrounds. The event highlighted the true essence of Ramadan — compassion, sharing, and togetherness — while encouraging community participation and mutual respect.
