Pune : Kondhwa builder booked for allegedly attempting to seize land meant for amenity space of Gagan Emerald Society

A case has been filed at Kondhwa Police Station against accused Gagan Raisoni Vastu Shilp Venture, Sushil Agarwal, Ghanshyam Agarwal, Vishal Agarwal, Rafiq Topi, Karim Kallu Khan, and Anis Rashid Sundke. 

They are facing multiple charges under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including cheating, criminal breach of trust, forgery, criminal conspiracy, criminal trespass, intentional insult, and criminal intimidation.

According to police official, Santosh Sonawane, the case came to light when Abid Rafiq Sajjan, the complainant, approached the court to expose the alleged illegal occupation of the amenity space by the builder and politicians. 

According to the complaint, the builder and politicians made concerted efforts to unlawfully acquire the amenity space located in Gagan Emerald Society, specifically in Mauje Kondhwa Khurd. The encroachment reportedly covered some land on survey numbers, including parts of numbers 4, 8, and sub-parts ranging from 38 to 40, 43 to 53, and 55.

In response, the court promptly ordered the registration of a case against the accused parties.
