Pune : Koregaon Park records 42.8 degree Celsius temperature, becomes hottest suburb of city on Tuesday

The average maximum temperature of the Pune district was recorded 40.1 degrees Celsius on Tuesday. 

The maximum temperature increased again in Pune as several areas in the district recorded over 40 degrees Celsius temperature on Tuesday. The average maximum temperature of the district was recorded at 40.1 degrees Celsius. However, several areas crossed 42 degrees Celsius.

Koregaon Park recorded 42.8 degrees Celsius temperature being highest in Pune city on Tuesday while Talegaon Dhamdhere recorded the highest temperature of 43.4 degrees Celsius in the Pune district. 

Purandar on Tuesday also had a temperature above 40 degrees. It recorded 43.1 degrees celsius, while Shirur recorded 42.3 degree Celsius. At 35.5 degree Celsius, Lonavala recorded the lowest temperature in the district. 

Mahabaleshwar, the popular hill station, recorded 20.5 degrees celsius while Akola recorded 43.5 degrees celsius, becoming the highest in Maharashtra.
