Pune : Leading Women Entrepreneurs Share Insights on Success at MCCIA Summit

The Fifth Pune International Business Summit 2024, hosted by the Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries, and Agriculture (MCCIA), concluded on February 27 with a special focus on women entrepreneurs.

During a panel discussion titled ‘Women Entrepreneurs,’ three influential figures shared their experiences: Nandita Khaire, Mentor at MCCIA’s Centre of Excellence for Women Entrepreneurs; Preeti Raskar, Founder of Ryka Engineering Solutions; and Reshma Mulla, Director of Mahak Industries. Moderated by Prachi Shevgaonvkar, Founder & CEO of Cool The Globe, the session highlighted key factors crucial for success in the business world.

Nandita emphasized the pivotal role of effective marketing strategies and building expert teams for business development. She stressed the importance of prioritizing physical and mental well-being in the entrepreneurial journey. Reshma shared her inspirational story, starting from humble beginnings as the first graduate in her family, highlighting the significance of determination and courage. She advised aspiring entrepreneurs to embrace qualities such as hard work, dedication, and commitment.

Preeti, who emerged as an accidental entrepreneur from a modest background, highlighted the necessity of skill development. She credited MCCIA for its role in nurturing various skills, particularly in leveraging social media for business growth. The insights shared by these women underscored the importance of passion, consistency, and a robust business strategy in overcoming challenges and achieving success in entrepreneurship.
