‘Ranjai Mahotsav’ and the 27th Grand ‘Fruit-Flower and Vegetable Garden Exhibition and Competition’ have been organized from March 1, 2024, to March 3 2024 by the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Tree Authority.

In this festival, various programs have been organized for environmental conservation and public awareness. Commissioner and Administrator Shekhar Singh has appealed to the city dwellers to participate in this festival

On March 1, the festival will be inaugurated at 10:30 am by Commissioner and Administrator Shekhar Singh at Mayor Niwas, sector no 27, Nigdi Authority. The day will further have a music evening program by Uday Ramdas called Nadbramha, an interview with Bhagwan Rampure. Deputy Chief Minister and Guardian Minister Ajit Pawar will be present along with State Cooperation Minister Dilip Valse-Patil, MP Supriya Sule and many more.

On March 2, ‘Live calligraphy’ will be presented by Achut Palav, Garden seminars, singing performance guidance by Sachin Punekar and a lecture on ‘Existence of ancient Garden Art.’

March 3 will see a poet event on the topic ‘Nature Poetry,’ a Guide on ‘how to take care of roses after planting’ by Ravindra Bhide followed by Prize Distribution.

The event will be concluded by raising environmental and public awareness by presenting ‘Nature for Walk’ by the Mahafashion Foundation.
