Pune: Major Accident On MG Road, Multiple Vehicles Collide  

A major accident occurred on MG Road in Pune Cantonment at 3:00 PM today, involving around seven to eight vehicles, including cars and motorcycles. The collision was triggered by a driver, Ravindra Dhanavade, who suffered a sudden medical emergency, losing control of his vehicle, as reported by Rajendra Magar, the Police Inspector at Lashkar Police Station. The uncontrollable car struck several parked vehicles, resulting in damages.

The incident led to one person sustaining minor leg injuries and being admitted to Jehangir Hospital. Traffic in the area was disrupted as emergency services worked to manage the scene and provide assistance. Authorities are currently investigating the precise cause of the driver’s medical issue to better understand the dynamics of the crash.

Legal action has been initiated against Dhanavade for causing vehicle damage and personal injury.
