Pune : National Lok Adalat Scheduled for May 5, Helpdesk Set Up at Traffic HQ In Yerwada 

The District Legal Services Authority of Pune has taken a proactive step towards enhancing access to justice by organizing the National Lok Adalat. Scheduled for May 5, 2024, at the Pune Traffic Police Office Headquarters in Yerwada, this initiative aims to alleviate the burden on the general public and streamline the resolution of legal matters without the necessity of court visits.

Embodying the ethos of “justice at your doorstep,” the program commenced its help desk operations on April 5, 2024, and will continue until May 5, 2024, operating between 11 am to 2 pm and 3 pm to 5 pm. Focused primarily on resolving pending cases related to traffic rule violations, the Lok Adalat will convene at the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic Branch Office, conveniently situated near the Yerwada Post Office in Pune.
