Pune News: Bhugaon Gaothan main road closed for vehicles due to road repair work: traffic diverted

Pune : The main road of Bhugaon Gaothan has been temporarily closed from July 27 as the work of repairing the road as well as concretization is going on.
As per information from Bhugaon Gram Panchayat, the main road in the Gaothan area of Bhugaon village has been damaged, the work of cementing this road has started from Thursday, July 27 from 10 am through Bhugaon gram panchayat. To avoid traffic congestion as the road Bhugaon Gaothan to Paud Road, the Bhugaon Gram Panchayat has requested that all the citizens of Mulshi Taluka who have 4-wheelers and heavy vehicles coming from and going towards Pune should use the Lavale Phata, Ghotavade Phata via Sus Gaon and cooperate with Gram Panchayat Bhugaon and the administration until the road work is complete.
Indravadan Bhise, a resident of Bhugaon said, “The road work in Bhugaon has been impacting on the traffic towards Tamhini, Lavasa and Pirangut. Since the work started there has been congestion on the road. It takes over 1.30 to 2 hours to cross Bhugaon. Traffic control must happen from the authorities.”
