Pune News : Deemed Conveyance Cases to be Resolved During Revenue Week in Pune 

Pune, August 3: As part of the Revenue Day celebrations, a concerted effort will be made to settle deemed conveyance cases. A dedicated special room will be operational between August 4th and 6th under the purview of the Registration and Stamp Duty Department, as announced by Santosh Hingane, the Stamp Collector of the Registration Department.

The upcoming revenue week will encompass various cases linked to stamp duty and registration fee refunds, person transfers, and MHADA settlements. Notably, an initiative has been launched to facilitate seamless land ownership rights for housing societies through a compassionate transfer campaign.

During this three-day event, a designated cell will address and resolve pending cases for these societies, providing them with an avenue to secure their rightful ownership claims.

The scope of this initiative extends to the settlement of registration fee and stamp duty cases filed between May 1st and July 31st.

Additionally, Hingane shared that pending cases related to tenancy agreements and e-registrations will be diligently addressed and resolved from August 4th to 8th. This concerted effort aims to streamline administrative processes and ensure timely resolution of vital property-related matters.
