Pune News : Man Fires Two Rounds of Bullets At People In Hadapsar ; Case Filed In Wanowrie Police Station

Pune: In a shocking incident, a person opened fire at a man in broad daylight in the Hadapsar area on Wednesday over a dispute.
As per information from Bhausaheb Pathare, Senior Police Inspector, Wanowrie Police Station, the victim, along with his friends were going to Ghulam Ali Nagar to drink tea. The accused identified as Yash Sunil Sasane, came in a rashly driven car with his friend, stopped the car and threatened the victim of killing him. He took out a pistol from his waist and fired two rounds of bullets at the victim and fled from the spot.
The victim filed a complaint against Sasane at Wanowrie Police Station. A case has been registered under Sections 307, 120(b), 212, 108, 109, 201 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), criminal amendment act section 7, Indian Weapons Act Section 3 (25) & Maharashtra Police Act Sections 37 (1) (3) and 135.
However, as per police officials, Sasane is a member of a big gang which had disputes with the victim. Hence, the Wanowrie police are in search for the gang head and 6 others namely Viraj Jagdish Yadav, gang chief, Chetan Balu Jadhav, Gufya aka Gufran aka Mateen Firiyaz Khan, Ghulam Ghaus Mustafa Khan, Akshay Nagnath Kamble and Atharva Nandu Shendge.
