We have notified them to resolve all kinds of issues faced by the residents of Wagholi. If all the issues of Wagholi aren’t resolved, then the MNS party would stage a fierce protest.”

As per the information, the MNS party has requested the PMC to work on the following 18 issues:

·         The problems of internal roads in Wagholi should be resolved and developed as soon as possible.

·         Sewage management should be done by laying drainage lines everywhere in Wagholi.

·         All street lights on highways and internal roads in Wagholi should be switched on and new ones should be installed where necessary.

·         Skywalks should be constructed at Bazartal, Biff Road, Kesnand Phata for the safety of pedestrians.

·         A solid-waste management project should be set up.

·         There is no public toilet in Wagholi, considering the population there, a high-quality public toilet should be constructed at Kesnand Phata.

·         It is very unfair that the municipal corporation has increased the prices of housing estate in Wagholi without any facilities, until the citizens do not get the facilities, no increase should be made in the housing estate of the previous Gram Panchayat.

·         As per the approved plan, an alternative road in Wagholi – Bypass – Lohegaon Road connecting Nagar Road from Bhawadi Road should be opened for traffic.

·         A regional office (Kshetriya Karyalay) should be set up at Wagholi.

·         A convenient bus stop for PMPML and MSRTC on the highway should be constructed at Wagholi. Because there is no proper bus stand here, citizens are facing great inconvenience.

·         Private buses stop on the roadside between Wagheshwar Mandir and Bakori Phata every day so if there is heavy traffic in the evening then these travels should be stopped ahead of Bakori Phata.

·         There is a large amount of garbage piled up in the premises of the market base in Wagholi due to which there is a lot of bad smell, the whole area should be cleaned and a big vehicle should be planned for transporting the garbage there and the garbage should be picked up daily.
