Pune News : Mohammedwadi may become Mahadevwadi soon 

Pune : The Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Mahad, Raigad constituency of Shiv Sena party Bharat Gogawale has requested Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde to change the name of ‘Mohammedwadi’ area to ‘Mahadevwadi’.

As per further information from the X handle of Shiv Sena Pune city chief Pramod (Nana) Bhangire “Mohammedwadi will now become Mahadevwadi !!! Shiv Sena’s MLA Bharat Gogawale has requested the Chief Minister of Maharashtra Eknath Shinde to rename Mohammedwadi as #Mahadevwadi, Jai Maharashtra, Jai Shri Ram.”

As per further information from the letter to Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde, there is a continuous demand from the people of Pune city that Mohammedwadi should be renamed as Mahadevwadi area in Pune city.

Hence, Bharat Gogawale has requested that appropriate action should be taken from the CM’s level regarding the renaming of Mohammedwadi as Mahadevwadi under Hadapsar area of ​​Pune city after consideration of the demand of the people.
