Pune: Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) is all set to launch a 24-hour helpline number for citizens to report water supply complaints starting from March 1, 2023.

This new system will enable citizens to report issues such as non-inflow of water, low-pressure water supply, burst water pipes and other related complaints.

The Chief Engineer of the Water Supply Department of Pune Municipal Corporation, Anirudhha Pawaskar, has requested citizens to report their water supply complaints on the helpline number 020-25501383.

The 24-hour complaint system will be functional from the same day.

The water supply department of Pune Municipal Corporation has been working tirelessly to improve the water supply infrastructure in the city. With this new initiative, citizens can expect faster and more efficient resolution of their complaints.
