Pune News : PMC razes unauthorized constructions over 47,664 square feet in Ambegaon Budruk

In Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) Zone No 2 (Old boundary), action was taken against the unauthorized constructions in Survey No 43 and Survey No 25, and Survey No 10 in Ambegaon Budruk. A total area of about 47664 square feet was cleared.

As per further information from PMC, the action was taken by the PMC against unauthorized constructions under Sections 478 (1), 260 (a) (a) (b), 53 (1) (a) of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949.

The unauthorized constructions in Ambegaon Budruk of Rohan Odel and others – 300 sq ft, SM Pawar and others – 900 sq ft, Udit Singh and others – 500 sq ft, Taru Rajendra Ganpat – 684 sq ft, Vilas Kokre, and others – 150 sq ft, Vikas Chavanav and others – 80 sq ft, Atharva Dave and others – 4350 sq ft, Sai Ganesh Dave and others – 4300 sq ft, Shravani Dave and others – 4200 sq ft, RL Chorge and others – 4250 sq ft, Mr. Dave and others – 4200 sq ft, Sainath Dave and others – 4350 sq ft, Samarth Dave and others – 4450 sq ft, Gawli and others – 4500 sq ft, Maurya Dave. and others – 8300 sq ft & Gurudutt Dave – 2150 sq ft, a total of 47664 sq ft area was cleared.

The said drive was completed with the help of the PMC staff, workers, police personnel, cranes, breakers, gas cutters, jaw crushers etc.
