Pune News: PMRDA Launches E-Office System: Get Property Documents Online With A Single Click
Pune, February 7: The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has launched a new E-Office system, enabling citizens to obtain ten types of essential documents online from the comfort of their homes.
Under this system, key documents such as building construction permits, occupancy certificates, boundary maps, land allocation or transfer certificates, and no-objection certificates (NOCs) will now be available online. Previously, citizens had to visit PMRDA offices in Aundh or Akurdi to obtain these documents.
With this digital initiative, applicants will receive SMS updates on their mobile phones regarding the status of their applications, eliminating the need for physical visits to the office. The system also enables applicants to track the progress of their files and receive notifications in case of any errors in their submissions.
Documents Available Through the E-Office System:
Building Construction Permit Plinth Measurement Certificate Occupancy Certificate Zoning Certificate Plot Map Apartment Transfer Certificate (Housing Scheme) Heirship Registration for Apartments No Objection Certificate (NOC) for Loans on Apartments Preliminary Fire NOC Final Fire NOC
As per the directives of the Central and State Governments, PMRDA has implemented this E-Office system from February 1, 2025. Citizens can access the services on the official website: www.pmrda.gov.in.
“The launch of this online facility aims to provide hassle-free access to essential documents, reducing the need for in-person visits,” said Dr. Yogesh Mhase, Commissioner, PMRDA.
