Pune News: Postal Department Invites Tenders for Pimple Saudagar Post Office Accommodation
Pune, January 30: The Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Pune City East Division, has issued a tender notice inviting proposals from landlords, institutions, and firms to provide accommodation for the Pimple Saudagar Post Office (Pune-411027).
- The proposed space should be an RCC building or flat with a minimum carpet area of 1000 sq. ft.
- Preference will be given to ground floor premises for ease of access.
- The building must have basic amenities such as electricity, water supply, and a WC/bathroom.
- Parking facilities should be available for both officials and the public.
- The landlord will bear municipal taxes and ensure telephone line connectivity for postal services.
Interested parties must submit a sealed tender with the following documents:
- Approved building plan from Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC)
- Year and type of construction
- Copy of property tax bill
- Proof of ownership (Property card, 7/12 extract, or Index II)
- Rough sketch map of the premises
If selected, the landlord must sign a five-year lease agreement, with a one-year option clause, following the Department of Posts’ standard format. Any required modifications will be the responsibility of the landlord.
The last date to submit tenders is February 20, 2025, by 3:30 PM. Sealed tenders should be addressed to Dr. Ichake Abhijit Diliprao, Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Pune City East Division (Pune-411037), with the envelope clearly marked “TENDER FOR PIMPLE SAUDAGAR POST OFFICE BUILDING.”
