Pune News: Pune Metro to unveil 11 new metro stations : PM  Modi likely to attend inauguration ceremony

Pune: The Pune Metro is going to launch and inaugurate 11 new metro stations on August 1, 2023. As per information, Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is scheduled to visit Pune on August 1 is likely to attend the inauguration ceremony of the metro stations.

Speaking to Pune Pulse, Dr Hemant Sonawane, Executive Director, Public Relations and Administration, Pune Metro said, “We are very glad to inform that several new metro stations will be launched on the Blue line & Pink line on August 1, 2023. Some of these stations would be underground while some stations would be elevated.”

As per information from the Twitter handle of Pune Metro, the 11 metro stations which will be inaugurated are:

·         Dapodi Metro Station

·         Bopodi Metro Station

·         Shivaji Nagar Metro Station

·         Civil Court Metro Station

·         Deccan Gymkhana Metro Station

·         Chhatrapati Sambhaji Udyan Metro Station

·         Pune Municipal Corporation Metro Station

·         Civil Court Metro Station

·         Mangalwar Peth Metro Station

·         Pune Railway Station Metro Station

·         Ruby Hall Metro Station
