Pune News : Sangvi Police File Case Against Pet Owner After Dog Bites Person in Pimple Saudagar ( Representational Image )
On 18th February 2024 (Sunday), a woman has been booked by the Sangvi Police as her dog bit another person in Daffodils society in Pimple Saudagar.
As per further information from Pimpri Chinchwad Police, on 12th February 2024 at 9 am in Pimple Saudagar, when the complainant, identified as Nitan Satyadas, went to get the key of his four-wheeler vehicle, the pet dog of the female accused bit the complainant’s thigh and injured him as there was lack of proper measures to avoid danger to human life.
The woman accused has been booked by Sangvi Police under Section 289 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Further investigation into the matter is going on.
