The Bishop’s Junior College Annual Concert for 2023-2024 is set to be held on December 9, 2023. The show is an adaptation of the blockbuster Indian film, ‘Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway’ that released earlier this year.

The junior college concert is directed by Gulnar Mistry. The story revolves around the life of the Chatterjee family, settled in Stavanger, Norway after emigrating from India. This family is the subject of regular visitations by Norwegian Child Services who believe their children – Shubh and Suchi Chatterjee (played by Rajveer Shewale and Adeleyne Edke) are not being raised correctly. On a visit to the Chatterjee household, the two kids are abducted by Child Services and the parents are deemed unfit to remain custodians of the children.

Anirudh Chatterjee (played by Reyansh Hooda) and Debika Chatterjee (played by Davina Chelliah) face countless struggles in their efforts to bring back their children. The concert promises some nail-biting courtroom drama enacted by Aurmaan Nahvi, Tiahna Anklesaria, and Zaniaca Irani of the junior college.

While the actors steal the spotlight, the concert is bound to see some mesmerizing musical performances by the Bishop’s Junior College Choir, including some outstanding solos by some of Bishop’s finest singers.

The tickets for the concert will be available at the venue on the day of the concert.
