Pune: PMC launches ‘Know Your Polling Station’ helpline for assembly elections
The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has launched a dedicated “Know Your Polling Station Helpline” service to assist residents with election-related inquiries. This initiative, currently available in 15 wards across the city, aims to ensure smooth communication and convenience for voters ahead of the Assembly General Election on November 20, 2024.
Each of the 15 designated wards has a unique helpline number. The service will operate daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., allowing voters to confirm their polling stations and address any questions they may have about the election process. Residents are encouraged to make use of these helplines to ensure they have all the necessary information and to avoid any last-minute confusion on voting day.
