Pune, May 20, 2026: Pune Municipal Corporation Commissioner Naval Kishore Ram has ordered the transfer and reassignment of several senior engineering officials in an effort to improve administrative efficiency and strengthen civic operations.

The reshuffle includes six officers from the ranks of Chief Engineer, Superintending Engineer and Executive Engineer, with changes made across key civic departments.

Officials Transferred and New Responsibilities:

  • Jagdish Khanore, who was previously handling the Sewerage Maintenance and Repairs Department, has now been appointed to the Param Project.
  • Vishal Haribhakt has been transferred from the Sewerage Maintenance and Repairs Department to the Building Design Department.
  • Ashit Jadhav has been relieved from responsibilities in the Road Department and assigned charge of the Water Supply Department.
  • Bipin Shinde has been removed from his additional charge in the Building Design Department and given responsibility for the Construction Department.
  • Rohidas Gawhane, who was serving in the Sewerage Maintenance and Repairs Department, has been transferred to the Road Department.
  • Dineshkumar Girolla, who has been working in the Vigilance Department for several years, will now additionally serve as head of the Sewerage Maintenance and Repairs Department while continuing his vigilance responsibilities.

The administrative reshuffle is aimed at improving coordination between departments and ensuring smoother implementation of civic projects and infrastructure works across the city.
