PMPML plans extra buses to Dehugaon on occasion of ‘Tukaram Beej’ Sohala

Pune, June 30, 2023: The Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) has recently announced the expansion of its bus services in response to passenger demand. The decision aims to meet the commuting needs of residents and encourages them to utilize the improved services.

The following bus routes have been affected by the expansion:

Route No. 35A: Shivajinagar / Shimla Office to Indira College (Tathwade)
Via: Aundhgaon, Dange Chowk, Tathwadegaon, J. S. P. M College, D. Y. Patil College
Buses: 3
Frequency: Every 50 minutes

Route No. 167: Bhekrainagar Depot to Wagholi
Via: Magarpatta, Mundhwa, and Kharadi Bypass
Buses: 16 at At Every 10 minutes

Route No. 277: Bhosari to Kothrud Depot
Via: Pimple gurav, Sai chowk, and Sangavi
Buses: 4 At Every 60 minutes

Additionally, bus route no. 35A has been extended from Shivajinagar/Simla Office to Indira College (Tathawade), while bus route no. 167, previously running from Wagholi to Hadapsar, now extends to Bhekrai nagar Depot. Furthermore, bus route no. 277, which originally ran from Bhosari to Kothrud Depot, will now be diverted via Pimple gurav, Saichowk, and Sangvi. These changes will come into effect starting July 1.

The PMPML administration is confident that these expanded bus services will improve connectivity and offer greater convenience to commuters throughout Pune.
