Pune police seizes cash worth Rs 3.4 crore from car near Manjari
The Pune police on May 8 night seized cash worth Rs 3.4 crore from a car near Manjari after it was intercepted by the police on the outskirts of the city.
The Pune City Crime Branch and Pune city traffic control branch intercepted a car near the Grape Research Center in Manjari at 10 PM.
During the investigation conducted at the Hadapsar police station the police seized bags containing bags worth Rs 3.4 crores (100,200 and 500 notes). The cash seized from the farmer told the Police while being interrogated that he was carrying it to the bank for repayment of his loan.
