Pune Police Swiftly Arrest Two for Assaulting Official On Duty At Uday Baug On B T Kawade RoadÂ

In a swift action, Pune Police arrested two individuals for allegedly assaulting and abusing Aniket Wable (28) , an official performing administrative duties in Uday Baug. Wable works with the Wanowrie Police station.
The incident occurred at 1:48 am on September 9 in front of Rosary Society, B.T. Kawade Road. Wable was attending to an MDT call when Nayan Shivaji Mandalkar (25) and Ashish Shivaji Bhandalkar (22) allegedly used abusive language and physically assaulted him.
According to Wable’s complaint, the accused intentionally tried to discourage him from performing his duties. The accused were taken into custody.
An investigation is underway.
