Pune : Residents of Pisoli panic after seeing leopard like animal
Citizens of Pisoli, mainly near Swapnaganga society were caught surprised when they saw a leopard like animal on January 15, 4.30 PM.
The local resident informed the forest department and a search operation was carried out but nothing could be revealed.

Pune Pulse spoke to Mukesh Sanas, Range forest officer, Pune forest department who informed that the forest department conducted a search operation but they couldn’t see any pug marks. “Also, we checked the nearby cow sheds but there were no reports of any attack on the animals. We shall continue night patrolling too for the next few days,” he added.
Former Sarpanch Machhindra Dagade of Pisoli said, “The forest department had come to check the area. They have confirmed that it was a leopard like animal. But there no traces of it. So it can’t be confirmed.”
The leopard like animal was seen by Anmol Wadhwa. A search operation was carried out by forest department staff and Machhindra Dagade, former Sarpanch, Pisoli, Deepak Dhawade, Former deputy Sarpanch, Pisoli, Ashish Shete, chairman Swapna Ganga society and Appa Waswane.
