According to officials, the incident occurred on Tuesday but gained attention after a video surfaced on social media. The footage shows motorcyclist Fayaz Sayyad’s two-wheeler trapped between two cars at a traffic signal. As the door of one vehicle opens, the bike reportedly brushes against Bagul’s car, following which Bagul allegedly abused and slapped Sayyad.
However, Bagul denied the allegations, claiming that Sayyad had instead threatened him. “Both parties have filed complaints, and NC cases have been registered accordingly,” an official from Bundgarden police station told news agency. Further investigation is underway.

Authorities have arrested the truck driver under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Motor Vehicles Act. An investigation is ongoing to determine the exact cause of the accident, police told news agency.
