Salisbury Park pulsed with joyful community spirit on January 21 as the Salisbury Park Residents’ Forum (SPRF) hosted a vibrant event. Residents of all ages flocked to Poonawalla Garden, showcasing their talents and celebrating their neighbourhood.

Local singers Prince Chaudhary, Evant Surana, and Dr. Nikita’s captivating violin tunes resonated throughout the day, while children gleefully enjoyed games, a photo booth, and lively bouncy castles. Food stalls tempted taste buds, and commercial stalls displayed residents’ artistic creations and entrepreneurial spirit.

SPRF’s meticulous planning kept things running smoothly from the warm welcome to the engaging activities. The enthusiastic residents and invaluable police support contributed to the electric atmosphere.

But more than just fun, the event fostered a sense of belonging. It was a platform for residents to connect, share their talents, and celebrate their diversity. A heart-warming reunion of an ex-boss and colleague at a stall showcased the event’s power to bring people together.

This wasn’t just a day of celebration; it was a testament to Salisbury Park’s community spirit, talent, and collaborative power. SPRF’s dedication sets a high bar for future events, promising to enrich residents’ lives and make Salisbury Park a beacon of community spirit in the city.

“And the spirit continues! Next up, the community gears up for a cleanup drive at Baker’s Hill, a popular spot frequented by many residents. With Dr. Cyrus Poonawalla’s unwavering support, Salisbury Park promises to keep shining brightly,” stated SPRF Committee.
