In response to the notice, candidates Kamal Vyavhare and Manish Anand have resigned from Congress membership, though Parvati’s rebel candidate Aba Bagul has yet to respond and may face disciplinary action. Manish Anand’s wife, Pooja, who serves as the Congress City Women’s President, has also been notified that she may be removed from her position if she supports her husband’s campaign.
