Pune: The Pune traffic police have announced alternate traffic routes for vehicular movement because of the Metro work being carried out on Baner Road.
As per information, from midnight of August 12 to August 15, the following traffic changes will be implemented:
Traffic going from Hotel Green Park Junction to Mahabaleshwar Hotel on Baner Road is being stopped.
· Alternative Routes:
Ø From Pune University Chowk to Abhiman Shri Junction, motorists heading towards Baner should take a right turn at Baner Phata Chowk to go towards Parihar Chowk on ITI road, turn left to Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Chowk, Nagras Road and Baner Road near Mahabaleshwar Hotel to the desired destination.
Ø Take a left turn from Green Park Hotel Chowk and right after the bridge over Ramnadi via Someshwar Mandir, one can take a turn and come to Baner Road in front of the passport office and go to the desired destination.
