Pune Traffic police announces diversion on B T Kawade Road till November 28

The Pune Municipal Corporation has planned to lay a storm water pipeline between Kusum Kunj Niwas and Regent Heights Building, located under the BT Kawade Flyover. In order to ensure that the work is carried out smoothly, traffic will be redirected in the area.
As per the information provided, Vijaykumar Magar, Deputy Commissioner of Police has declared changes in the traffic under B T Kawade Road Flyover from November 25 to November 28 (until the completion of pipeline work) as stated below.
The eastern lane of the Kawade Road flyover, running from Kusum Kunj Niwas to Regent Height Building and leading towards Hadapsar, will be temporarily shut down from November 25 to November 28, 2023, under the jurisdiction of the Wanowrie Traffic Department.
As per the information received, during this time, drivers are advised to utilize the west side lane of the flyover as an alternative route. Traffic police have urged motorists to cooperate with the traffic police by following this suggested alternative route.
