For the devotees coming from various parts of Maharashtra & outside Maharashtra for the Jaystambha salutation, the Pune Traffic Police has made available proper routes to reach Jaystambha & also the vehicle parking facility has been made available at a click.

As per information from Pune Traffic Police, the ‘Jaystambha Guide – 2024’ was unveiled by Retesh Kumaarr, Commissioner of Police, Pune City, Ramnath Pokle, Additional Commissioner of Police, Crime, Pune City, Ranjan Kumar Sharma, Additional Commissioner of Police, North Regional Division, Vijayakumar Magar, Deputy Commissioner, Pune Traffic Police, A Raja, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Circle 5, Pune and other dignitaries.

Jaystambh Guide – 2024, issued by the Pune Traffic Police Traffic Branch, is for followers & devotees coming for Jaystambha salutation from various parts of the state on January 1 2024 at Koregaon Bhima, Perne. Detailed information about road closures, alternate routes, parking, PMPML bus stops, medical aid, routes available for followers etc is provided through a link.

‘Jaystambh’ Guide-2024 has been prepared with the aim to avoid inconvenience for citizens coming to pay homage to the Jaystambha.

Features of ‘Jaystambh’ Guide – 2024

• Through this guide, information about routes and parking places for motorists going to pay respects to Jaystambha has been given.

• This guide will also provide guidance on routes for follower vehicles, parking places, bus stops of PMPML, Koregaon Bhima, closed roads in Perne area and their alternate routes.

• You can get information about the routes that are prohibited for heavy traffic in the area.

  • After opening the QR code or link, in the ‘View map legend’ option, information about parking places, closed roads, roads closed to heavy traffic, and alternative roads will be found.
  • Citizens can get information about the route available to go to the desired destination after clicking on the parking/parking icon given on the map.
  • Similarly, information for citizens to reach from their location to the parking place can be seen too.
  • Roads closed during said route will be understood on the spot.
