Pune Traffic police to modify parking arrangement on Sinhagad Road

Pune: The Pune City Traffic Control Branch has issued a temporary order to modify the parking arrangements along the Sinhagad Road Traffic Division to ensure the safe and smooth flow of traffic.

As per the new arrangement, no parking zones have been established on both sides of the road up to 30 meters from Goyal ganga Chowk to the Sinhagad Road Regional Office and from the Sinhagad Road Regional Office to Goyalganga Chowk.

As per the information provided, from Goyalganga Chowk to Sinhagad Road Regional Office, from Goyalganga Chowk to ICICI Bank and Amrit Ganga Society Gate No. 4 (Shorba Hotel) on the left side of the road, HDFC bank to the gate of Soba Optima Society (Prem’s tea shop), only two-wheeler parking will be accommodated on the right side of the road.

On the right side of the road from Goyalganga Chowk to Sinhagad Road Regional Office Chowk, parking arrangements will be made only for four-wheelers from the proposed PMC theater to the guest hotel.

Citizens are encouraged to submit any suggestions or objections regarding the traffic changes in writing to the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic Control Branch, Yerwada Post Office, Bungalow No. 6, Jail Road, Pune, by November 19.

Deputy Commissioner of Police Vijaykumar Magar stated that final orders will be issued after considering the feedback, with the exception of essential service vehicles.
