Pune : Tulshibaug Ganpati Idol to be installed in Munich, Germany

Pune: A replica of the fourth revered Tulsibaug Ganpati in Pune will be placed at the Maharashtra Mandal in Munich, Germany.
The Ganesh idol, crafted by young sculptor Vipul Khatavkar, was handed over to Advait Khare, a representative of the Institute in Germany.Â
Vikas Pawar, the president of the board, Vinayak Kadam, the vice-president, Ganesh Ramalinga, treasurer Nitin Pandit, Swapnali Pandit, sculptor Vivek Khatavkar, and Sagar Peddi were present during the event.
As per the information provided, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Maharashtra Mandal Munich and Tulsibagh Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal.
As per the agreement, financial or other assistance will be provided for various cultural activities of the Maharashtra Mandal during the annual Ganeshotsav in Munich.
Additionally, support will be given to the students and Maharashtrian students participating in the ‘MyMarathi’ initiative of the Board, which includes providing books and other forms of assistance.
