On the death anniversary of the legendary singer Mohammed Rafi, Vedanta Housing Society in Wakad, Pune organized a special musical evening to honor his memory. The event, held at the society premises, celebrated the timeless music of Mohammed Rafi and Lata Mangeshkar.
The program featured captivating performances by Dr. Rajiv Mohalkar from Solapur and Gautami Jituri, who sang some of the most beloved songs by Mohammed Rafi and Lata Mangeshkar. Their soulful voices brought back fond memories of these two great singers and their immense contributions to Indian music.
This tribute was organized by Vedanta Housing Society in collaboration with the Vedanta Senior Group, led by members Mr. Rajendra Bhoraskar, Mr. Arun More, and Baviskar. Their commitment to preserving the legacy of Indian music was evident in the thoughtful planning of the event.
