Pune : Young entrepreneurs should lead the way in real-estate industry, says Magar

More than 200 members from 62 city chapters of Credai Maharashtra participated in a one-day Youth Conclave organized by CREDAI Maharashtra in Pune recently. 

“Being techno-savvy and having up-to-date information on the latest technological advancement the youngsters in real estate are making a wholesome contribution towards the new age customer experience. This young blood is bringing in a lot of fresh ideas and innovations while handling new real estate projects. The amalgamation of traditional taste and modernity is very encouraging,” said Satish Magar, CREDAI National president.

He was recently addressing the young entrepreneurs in the reality sector at the Youth Conclave organized by CREDAI Maharashtra.

CREDAI National Vice president Shantilal Kataria, Anant Rajegaonkar, Convenor Abhishek Bhatevara, CREDAI Maharashtra President Sunil Furde, Convener Ashish Pawar, newly-elected President Pramod Khairnar, Secretary Sunil Kotwal and newly-elected CREDAI Pune Metro President Ranjit Naiknaware were also present on this occasion.

Magar further said that the young generation should adopt the trinity of patience, integrity and perseverance while working in the construction sector. All rules and laws should be followed strictly while making any decision. Also, women entrepreneurs who are leading in all fields should look at the construction sector as a long-term opportunity.

At the beginning of the programme, Pawar reviewed the work of the youth wing in the last two years. Kataria elaborately guided the audience on ‘Probable Future Problems’ and Anant Rajegaonkar on ‘Future Business Opportunities’.

Naiknaware and Khairnar also shared their views on ‘Opportunities in Construction Industry’ and ‘City Branding and Social Commitment’ respectively. Furde praised the youth wing team and wished them well for the future.

Dr. Adv Harshal Savala enlightened the gathering on the topic ‘New Methods of Marketing in Construction Industry’ while Dr. Anil Lamba spoke about finance.  

Shravan Hardikar, IG of Registration and Controller of Stamps for Pune division guided the young realtors about the e-registration process. Rohit Gera gave useful information on ‘Use of new technology in construction business’.

Convenor & CREDAI Maharashtra’s President of Women’s Wing Sapna Rathi, Vice President of National Youth Wing Aditya Javadekar, Joint Secretary Dharamveer Bharti, Sanket Tupe, Kunal Duddalwar, Sahil Prabhale and Digvijay Patil took special efforts to conduct this conclave successfully.
