Days after Raveena Tandon declined a fan’s request for a selfie in London, the actor has reached out to apologise and promised to meet him for a picture. The fan, Bhavin Patel, had shared his excitement about seeing Raveena, expressing how much he wanted the photo because he grew up watching her movies.

Raveena, in a heartfelt social media post, explained her reasons for not obliging the fan’s request. She admitted that recent incidents, including one outside her home in Bandra, have left her feeling cautious when approached by strangers. She clarified that her reaction was out of fear, not an intention to offend, and acknowledged her misjudgment.

Sharing screenshots of her conversation with Bhavin on social media, Raveena said, “Yes Bhavin, I’m glad I found you! I’m really sorry for that day. I panicked. Thank you for getting in touch and I will surely meet you here in London and take a picture together.”
Bhavin responded graciously, understanding Raveena’s apprehensions. He assured her that he wasn’t offended and that she remains his favourite actress. Raveena’s apology and willingness to meet him again have only increased his admiration for her.
Earlier, Raveena had explained her actions, recounting the moment in London when she was approached by a few men. Feeling anxious, she quickly walked away, asking a security guard for help. She acknowledged that while the fans may have had innocent intentions, her instinctive response was influenced by a previous unsettling experience.
In a candid reflection, Raveena expressed remorse for her reaction, saying, “I try my best to be accessible and normal, but I fail at times. So sorry guys.”
