Ravet: Nano Homes Pragati Panel Secures Second Consecutive Victory in Cooperative Housing Association Elections

Pune: The Nano Homes Pragati Panel, under the leadership of Sachin Siddhe, has won all 17 seats for the second time in a row in the cooperative housing association elections.

Speaking to Pune Pulse, Sachin Siddhe, Chairman of the Nano Homes Co-operative Housing Society Ravet said, “Co-operative housing association elections are held every five years over here. Candidates of Nano Homes Pragati Panel fought for all the 17 seats in the election out of which 12 were from the general category, 2 women candidates, 1 SC/ST candidate, 1 OBC candidate and 1 free caste and stray group candidate. Our symbol is the cupboard. Every candidate of the Nano Homes Pragati Panel won. I am immensely happy that people have shown trust in our work and made me the chairman again. We will keep solving all the issues of all the residents living in all the 332 flats of Nano Homes Co-operative Housing Society.”

As per information, on June 10, 2023, the five-year election 2023-2028 for committee members of Nano Homes Co-operative Housing Society with 332 flats was held.

35 candidates participated in the election for a total of 17 vacant member posts. Out of them, 17 candidates participated in Nano Homes Pragati Panel, 17 candidates in Nano Homes Vikas Panel and 1 candidate as an independent.

Both panels began by outlining the planned programs for the next five years. All the candidates added colour to this election process through member contact directly or indirectly till the very last moment. But finally, the panel of Sachin Sidhe (Nano Homes Pragati Panel) won 17 out of 17 seats with a huge margin.
