Pune City Traffic Police have announced road closure near Dagdusheth Halwai Mandir on Jan 1, 2023
Many people visit Shrimant Dagdusheth Halwai Ganpati temple on January 1 to seek blessings of Lord Ganesha on the first day of New Year.
In order to see smooth movement of vehicles, Pune City Traffic Police has issued traffic diversion orders. Following roads in the area shall remain closed for traffic and will be diverted through other roads.
- Road Closed : Puram chowk to Bajirao road – Shaniwar wada
- Diversion – Puram chowk to Tilak road – Alka Talkies chowk
- Road Closed : Appa Balwant Chowk (ABC Chowk) to Pasodya Vithoba mandir chowk
- Diversion – Appa Balwant chowk – Bajirao road – Gadgil statue
- Road closed – S G Barve chowk to PMC to Shaniwarwada
- Diversion – S G Barve chowk to Jangli Maharaj (J M road) via Jhansi Ki Rani chowk
- Road Closed – Gadgil Statue to Rameshwar chowk
- Diversion – Gadgil Statue – Left turn to Kumbharwada via Surya hospital
