Road near Dagdusheth Halwai Ganpati temple to remain closed on Jan 1

In order to ensure smooth flow of traffic, Pune City Traffic Police have announced road closures as well as diversion for vehicles. 

Devotees throng to visit and seek blessings of Lord Ganesha on the first day of the new year.

On January 1, devotees throng to visit various temples to seek blessings. Many visit the popular Shrimant Dagdusheth Halwai Ganpati mandir on January 1, 2023.

  • Road Closed : Puram chowk to Bajirao road – Shaniwar wada
  • Diversion – Puram chowk to Tilak road – Alka Talkies chowk
  • Road Closed : Appa Balwant Chowk (ABC Chowk) to Pasodya Vithoba mandir chowk
  • Diversion – Appa Balwant chowk – Bajirao road –  Gadgil statue
  • Road closed : S G Barve chowk to PMC to Shaniwarwada
  • Diversion – S G Barve chowk to Jangli Maharaj (J M road) via Jhansi Ki Rani chowk
  • Road Closed : Gadgil Statue to Rameshwar chowk
  • Diversion – Gadgil Statue – Left turn to Kumbharwada via Surya hospital

About Shrimant Dagdusheth Halwai Ganpati Mandir Timings :

Shrimant Dagdusheth Halwai Ganpati Mandir also informed that the temple will remain open till 12 midnight on December 31, 2022 and from 5 AM to 12 midnight on January 1, 2023.
