The recently concluded consecration ceremony of Ayodhya Ram Mandir witnessed a magnificent celebration, drawing people from every corner of the country. The event, graced by billionaires and Bollywood celebrities alike, included the presence of Mukesh Ambani, the country’s wealthiest industrialist, who attended with his entire family.

During the ceremony, a significant online offering of ₹ 3 crore 17 lakh was made to Ram Lalla on the first day after the Pran Pratistha ceremony, as revealed by a trustee of Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust.

Surprisingly, the most substantial donation came not from the likes of Mukesh Ambani, Adani, or Ratan Tata, but from Surat’s diamond merchant Dilipkumar V Lakhi. His extraordinary contribution involved donating 101 kilograms of gold, valued at around Rs 68 crore.

The overwhelming response from devotees continued in the following days, with over 2.5 lakh visitors to the Ayodhya temple by 10 pm on Wednesday, the second day after the Pran Pratistha ceremony. In response to the immense turnout, the temple administration extended darshan timings to accommodate the maximum number of devotees.

The contributions for the Ram Mandir reflect a mix of financial donations and substantial gold offerings from various individuals, showcasing the widespread support for the construction of this historic temple.
