Pune, March 11, 2026:  The Pune Municipal Corporation has invited citizens to actively participate in the preparation of the city’s budget for the financial year 2026–27 through its public initiative titled “My Pune, My Budget.” The civic body has urged residents to share their suggestions and ideas that can contribute to the development and improvement of the city by just scanning the QR code.

As part of this initiative, citizens can submit recommendations related to key civic services such as road infrastructure, water supply, healthcare facilities, public gardens, and traffic management. The civic administration believes that residents’ feedback plays an important role in identifying local issues and prioritizing development works in different parts of the city.

According to PMC officials, the initiative aims to strengthen citizen participation and ensure that the city’s development plans reflect the needs and expectations of its residents. The suggestions collected from citizens will be reviewed and considered while preparing the final municipal budget.
