Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has recently shared intriguing details about his unconventional daily routine in an interview with The Guardian. Khan disclosed that his sleep schedule is quite different from most people. “When Mark Wahlberg gets up, I go off to sleep,” he said. His typical day starts around 9 or 10 a.m., following a night that often extends until 5 a.m. He often returns home from work at 2 a.m., takes a bath, and then engages in a late-night workout before heading to bed.

The actor, who eats only one meal a day and dedicates just half an hour to exercise, maintains a rigorous fitness regimen to stay in shape. Despite his limited workout time, Khan is committed to his health.

Reflecting on his recent career break, Khan explained that at the age of 55, he took a four-year hiatus. During this period, especially amid the pandemic, he focused on personal improvement, including learning Italian cooking and transforming his physique. “After four years, people started missing me because before that I was too much in everybody’s face,” he noted.

Khan’s return to the screen was marked by the release of three major films: “Pathaan,” “Jawan,” and “Dunki.” His upcoming project, “King,” signifies a new phase in his career, with the actor working on his fitness to meet the demands of the role. He has also expressed enthusiasm about the film’s collaboration with Sujoy Ghosh and the involvement of his daughter, Suhana Khan.

Recently, Shah Rukh Khan was honored with the Pardo alla Carriera at the 77th Locarno Film Festival. During this event, he discussed his career highlights and future projects, reaffirming his enduring influence in the film industry and his exciting plans for the future.
