Silver saree weighing 25 kgs offered to Laxmimata temple

Aba and Jayashree Bagul, founder of Navratri mahotsav and women’s festival at Laxmi Mata temple in Shiv Darshan offered a Silver saree weighing 25 kgs to the temple on the first day of auspicious Sharadiya Navri Utsav.

The saree has intricate work carved over it and is adorned with colourful stones and beautiful peacock work. It is created by Pune based Ranka Jewellers who took six months time to create this intricate piece of work.

Aba Bagul, a Pune based senior Congress leader and Leader of party in Pune Municipal Corporation while Jayashree Bagul is the founder of the women’s festival held at the temple every year.
