– Garlic: 5-6 cloves

– Eno fruit salt: 1 teaspoon
– Mustard seeds: 1 teaspoon
– Cumin seeds: 1 teaspoon
– Coriander leaves: a handful, chopped
– Green chilies (for tempering): 1-2, finely chopped
– Water: as needed
**Method:**
1. **Prepare the Batter:**
– In a mixer bowl, combine poha, semolina, and gram flour.
– Add curd, ginger, green chilies, sugar, salt, garlic, and water.
– Blend into a smooth paste.
